Inevitable

We are building the engine every good business will run on.

And the companies that put it in their hands.

A good business can do far more good than it does.
Not for lack of will. For lack of a way.

Nobody knows their customers deeply enough. Not the small business that shakes their hand. Not the large one that holds their data.

And even if they did, nobody can walk every person who needs them from where they are to the day they are ready. Not with the tools that exist.

We are building the way. The engine that knows people that deeply and walks each one to the day they are ready. And the companies that put it in the hands of every kind of business.

CommanderThe engine

Every tool does a piece of a business. Commander does the whole thing.

Every business needs the same four things: to be found, to serve, to keep, to run. Commander puts them on one map, says what to switch on now and what comes next, and runs what is on.

The map is free. What runs, pays by use.
Everything we build runs on it. Everything we back will.

The engine gives a business the means. It cannot give it the belief.
So we do not sell the engine. We give each kind of business something to become, and the engine comes with it.

For founders

Most businesses do not have systems. They have founders.

Owners builds the systems: what finds customers, serves them, and keeps the promise, whether the founders are in the room or not.

So the founder becomes the least necessary person in it. That is what owning one means.

For enterprise

Large companies talk to millions of people as if they were one.

Sapiens understands each of them better than they understand themselves: what they want, what holds them back, how close they are to buying.

So the company can walk each person to a yes, instead of shouting at all of them.

The job of a business is not to sell. It is to serve.

By a good business I mean a simple thing. Someone's life is better because it exists. A clinic, a builder, a bank, a company that makes one thing well. Each one improves a small or large part of someone's life. That is what it is for. The money is what happens because of it.

Now count the people it could help and never reaches. Some decided long ago nothing could be done. Some feel that something is wrong and have never named it. Most have not noticed yet. For every business, at every size, that is most of the people.

Reaching them is not a marketing decision. It is a responsibility. The same one that made the business worth existing. And no business, however large, has ever had the means to carry it to everyone. Not for lack of caring. For lack of a way to know each person deeper than they know themselves and walk each one to the day they are ready. So serving stopped where reach stopped, and everyone learned to call that normal.

We refuse to. We are building the means, built once, running without anyone in it, and the movements and companies that carry it to every kind of good business. That is the whole of Inevitable.

The question we ask every business is the same. How many of the people you could help do not know it yet? Sit with the number. We decided that number is our job.
